Fitness ON lockdown...or Fitness IN lockdown... Choose your prepositions wisely!
After the initial uninspired few days of quarantine, I made the terrace my makeshift gym. It’s been a few weeks and I’m feeling good about myself and that’s all that matters and that’s exactly what fitness does to you!
I've compiled a playlist of all the HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), strength workouts and stretching and rest days in between that I have followed.
I add new workouts every alternate day!
