Indian sport requires stronger collaboration among domain experts with deep expertise in knowledge, approach, and execution. When professionals operate in silos, the athlete, who is the primary stakeholder, often bears the consequences of fragmented and misaligned efforts within their support system.

My work has centered on supporting elite able-bodied and para athletes from both Army and civilian backgrounds across disciplines, contributing to career resurgence through injury rehabilitation and performance training. I have consistently delivered return-to-sport outcomes that surpass industry standards in both speed and quality, while setting higher performance benchmarks for athletic excellence. In parallel, I have been actively involved in identifying and nurturing tribal and rural sporting talent through my NGO, ADOPT Sports.

 

My mission is to foster a more cohesive and accountable sporting ecosystem in India by enabling collaboration, encouraging cross-learning, and building capacity, which will ensure that the country’s top athletes, both able-bodied and para, have the best possible opportunity to achieve excellence.
