Sports Scientist | Strength & Conditioning Coach | Founder Director at ADOPT Sports
Hello all, I'm Darsshan - a Sports Scientist and Strength and Conditioning coach based in Pune. I have garnered over 26 years of experience training various national and international athletes from different sporting genres - Golf, Shooting, Archery, Badminton, Tennis, Wrestling, Swimming, Cricket.
I specialise in rehabilitation of injuries through non-invasive therapeutic exercise and have aided career resurgences of many athletes till date, along with establishing pain-free exercise routines of many fitness enthusiasts.

Swati and Nandini come from extremely modest backgrounds from a small village ahead of Kolhapur. They were adopted under Dorf Ketal Pvt. Ltd.'s CSR for Sports programme and I have been training them since 2015.
I am extremely proud that since then both have become Junior National Champions (Nandini in 2017 and Swati in 2018) and have also gone on to win several International medals.
